§ 1 — Orange Radishpp. 1–3

Welcome to the AI Era.

The way we build and use software is changing every month in the AI era. How we work with computers, and how we build, is all evolving. We think about this in a few ways.

A short letter, if you have a minute.

Hello —

I’m Alejandro. I started Orange Radish in 2023 after twelve years inside larger companies, where I kept watching teams adopt AI products with a lot of enthusiasm and quietly stop using them within a month. The pattern was always the same: too clever, not useful enough, asked too much of the person at the keyboard.

The studio is small on purpose. I write a lot of the code, answer most of the customer email, and try to keep our principles short enough to read aloud on a Monday. If we ever stop being able to do that, we will not be Orange Radish any more.

If you’re considering one of the apps and want to chat first — or you’ve found a bug, or you have a strong opinion about radishes — write me directly. I read everything, usually reply within a day, and never with a form.

Thanks for the minute.

Alejandro
